First Heritage Mortgage. LLC, is a George Mason Mortgage-managed company with offices in Fairfax, VA and Bethesda, MD.  As a direct lender, we process, underwrite and fund loans in our own offices and with our own money.

FHM is a full service lender, providing home loans in VA, MD, DC, DE, NC, SC, GA, FL, WV and CO.  We provide financing for the purchase of primary residences, second homes and investment properties, as well as refinancing for current properties.  Our products also include loans for new construction as well as equity loans and lines of credit.
